Some general, but important information:

My courses deal with real estate investing, development, and finance. For our mutual benefit we will welcome prospective affiliates whose website or professional activities focus on these areas.

My courses are hosted on the learning platform at teachable.com, and the affiliate program is managed there as well. In order to participate in our affiliate program, there are certain conditions that need to be met. Please note Teachable’s conditions and terms of use below, as well as those from my school, “Real Estate Investor Education.” By submitting this application, you agree to these conditions.

If you are approved as an affiliate, we will provide you with an affiliate link. If someone enrolls in one of my paid courses using your affiliate link, you will be entitled to a commission based on the funds received. You’ll be paid out via PayPal on the first business day of each month, with a one-month delay to allow for student refund requests. For example, earnings from all purchases made between March 1-31 will be paid out to you in May. You must supply your PayPal address in your affiliate dashboard under Payout Details.

In order to participate in our affiliate program, there are certain conditions that you must accept:

1) Our affiliate agreement is non-exclusive. You understand that you are free to work with other affiliate providers in any category, and we may work with other affiliates.

2) If you are approved, we will provide you with an affiliate link. Teachable.com will track any sales made via your link and will pay you as described above.

3) You acknowledge that the intellectual property in the courses belongs exclusively to Frank Gallinelli and/or RealData, Inc.

4) We may terminate your participation in our affiliate program at any time.

5) You agree to abide by our acceptable use policies described below, and will not use our affiliate program program for any unlawful purpose, or for any of the following:

a) To harass, abuse, or threaten others;

b) To spam, or gather email addresses for spamming purposes;

c) To violate our intellectual property rights or those of any third party;

d) To deliver any computer viruses or malware;

e) To engage in any type of fraud;

f) To publish or distribute any obscene, defamatory, or libelous material;

g) To publish or distribute any material that incites violence, hate, or discrimination towards any group;

h) To post links to or information about our school or courses on link farms;

i) To unlawfully gather information about others.
